This is the summer 2018 Ninjago Blue Dragon. It has 4 minifgures, Jay, Zane and two unknown bad guys. The mouth looks like it can shoot 2 energy bullets, and even though it looks like a cool set, I will not be getting it due to the price. I would rate it 5/10.
